With over 15 years experience in the voluntary sector Kate has been involved with Healing Through Remembering since February 1999.  Having previously been working as a freelance consultant Kate was appointed as full time co-ordinator for Healing Through Remembering in May 2004. Kate manages all aspects of the organisation’s development in conjunction with the Board of Directors. 

With over five years experience as an administrator, Claire joined Healing Through Remembering in 2007 as an intern. Appointed to the position of Administrative Assistant Claire organises all the administration for Healing Through Remembering

Laura has worked in the past as a community worker in both the voluntary and statutory sectors. She has been active in peace and reconciliation work for at least 20 years. She is a trained mediator and has wide experience of mediating disputes in workplace, neighbourhood and church contexts. Recently she worked for the Parades Commission as an Authorized officer and for the Presbyterian Church as Peacemaking Officer.  She was appointed Project Co-ordinator in May 2010.

James is an experienced accountant and former CEO of Northlands. He has significant experience in the community and voluntary sector and is a trustee of the Lloyds TSB Foundation for Northern Ireland.
